Greetings to our favorite marina!!
We are heading down this Friday the 11th, just wondering how the skies are looking and if the fires are still having any impact on the lake festivities?? Keep us posted!!

Hello
Things are running smoothly. You can see the skies by looking at these web cams at the Pit River Bridge. Webcam at Pit River Bridge (i-5) over Shasta Lake (current),Webcam at Pit River Bridge (i-5) over Shasta Lake (previous pictures).
They show how the main area skies look. The temperature is to be 108 today Cooling to high 90's by next week.

We will be on your Constellation houseboat Aug 17th thru 24th. Wondering how bad the water conditions will be by then as it is already at 964 ft which is what it was the end of August last year. Have heard some launches are not accesible and there are stumps and things just below water surface which could be dangerous for people and boats. Are you in a deeper part of the lake? Please advise.

Many have had questions about the ability to launch while they are here on their houseboat vacation. Our main launch ramp goes to 120' and our secondary launch ramp goes to 150' so we are expecting our customers to be able to launch their boats. If for some reason you can not launch at Packers Bay here is a link to the Forest service website and their launch ramp information.

As for things just below the water surface that is an issue at all times as the lake level always fluctuates. As of today the lake level is 103' from the crest.
